Your warmly invited to slow down— just for a moment. In a space that’s safe enough, we’ll pause, breathe, and reconnect.

This free monthly gathering is a soft landing place for women navigating Post-Traumatic Growth. Together, we explore growth and healing through:

⭐︎ Interpersonal Neurobiology

⭐︎ Polyvagal Theory

With care and intention, we build emotional flexibility and resilience—softly, and at your own pace.
