More than 35 years ago, a mindfulness workshop with Jon Kabat-Zinn quietly shifted the direction of my life. Over time, my practice deepened through Jewish contemplative traditions, Buddhist teachings, and the healing sciences of trauma, attachment, and the nervous system.

Through my own journey of healing and recovery, these wisdom traditions became woven together into Finding My Way Home—a coaching framework grounded in mindful awareness, neuroscience, compassion, and the unfolding process of post-traumatic growth.

For many years, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) has informed my teaching and coaching, offering spaces where healing science and kindness meet.
