About Mindful Moments
A mindful moment, by definition, is a 1-minute mindful pause — but in practice, it can be anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes.
A mindful moment practice is pausing briefly throughout your day to cultivate mindful awareness.
The core purpose is to:
• Act with greater mindful awareness
• Befriend your nervous system
• Keep stress from building throughout the day
• Cultivate and nourish your well-being
💙 Let’s take one mindful minute together — wherever you are, feel your breath, soften your shoulders, and simply take a couple of breaths in and out, noticing your belly rising and falling —
Inhale — Exhale — Repeat.
This is what a mindful moment can be.
