Finding Your Way circles offer supportive, trauma-informed group coaching for women navigating life transitions — including loss, illness, or the ongoing healing of traumatic experiences.

These gatherings are grounded in trauma-informed mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and nurturing safe connection. You will be offered caring, empathic listening — and be witnessed with warmth and kindness, just as you are.

Healing isn’t about fixing ourselves.
It’s about coming home to who we already are.
