Post-Traumatic Growth Group Coaching for Women
🍂 Finding Your Way 🍂
Softening into healing.
You are invited to the first free session on Wednesday, September 10.
What if healing begins with a softening?
Our group sessions blend body-based practices, mindfulness, and the science of healing, drawing insights from Polyvagal Theory and Interpersonal Neurobiology. Through my own trauma recovery, I’ve discovered how blending mindful awareness with simple, science-informed tools can act medicine for the nervous system. When your system feels safe, the body softens, the mind quiets, and your whole being—heart, brain, lungs, gut—shifts into a state where healing and growth become possible.
What We’ll Use Together:
🌀 Mindful Awareness – Evidence-based mindfulness practices, to gently be present to the moment with more ease.
🧠 Interpersonal Neurobiology – A scientific perspective on how our brain, body, and relationships shape your experience—and how healing unfolds through connection.
🌱 Polyvagal Theory – Insights and practices for regulating the nervous system, fostering safety, connection, and groundedness.
💛 Self-Compassion – Treating yourself with the same care and patience you would offer a dear friend, especially in difficult moments.
🌱 At your pace. In your time.
Structure:
We offer both weekly and monthly sessions to meet different needs and schedules. After our free introductory session on September 10, you can decide what works best for you. In these sessions, you’ll be offered compassionate attention—the kind that helps you feel safe and seen. This is an invitation to join a small, intimate circle of 6-8 women—a group size that can foster a sense of safety and connection.
