Finding Our Way In Uncertain Times
In a time of global uncertainty and continual, chaotic news—especially here in the U.S.—finding moments of calm and spaces that can feel safe has never felt more important. I know I need that. And, I look forward to offering that kind of space for you.
When we’re healing, our nervous systems can become more sensitive—more easily overwhelmed or activated. In those moments, self-compassion, along with kind connection are resources , which can nurture our resilience, and open space to rebalance and feel grounded again —
With that in mind, I’m offering two options for my 🍂 Finding Your Way trauma-informed coaching groups —
1️⃣ Monthly Post-Traumatic Growth Coaching Group – meets once a month
2️⃣ 6-Week Post-Traumatic Growth Coaching Group – meets once a week for six weeks
Together, we’ll co-create a space that can feel safe, where we can develop our empathy, and meaningful, compassionate connections can grow among a group of likeminded women.
Each session will include a blending of:
Self-compassion tools
Embodied practices and tools to softly integrate the mind, body, and relationships
Integration supports our well-being and helps us respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and strength.
Vagal Toning to soothe and regulate the nervous system.
Vagal Toning means you are adding gentle stimulation to the vagus nerve pathway through breath, sound, eye movements, self-applied touch and gentle movement that help you come into balance.
