More than 35 years ago, a mindfulness workshop with Jon Kabat-Zinn quietly shifted the direction of my life. Over time, my practice deepened through Jewish contemplative traditions, Buddhist teachings, and the healing sciences of trauma, attachment, and the nervous system.

Through my own journey of healing and recovery, these wisdom traditions became woven together into Finding My Way Home—a coaching framework grounded in mindful awareness, neuroscience, compassion, and the unfolding process of post-traumatic growth.

For many years, I have woven the field of Interpersonal Neurobiology into my teaching and coaching, offering spaces where healing science and kindness meet.

Finding My Way Home is a pathway toward reconnecting with yourself—with kindness and compassion.
